It took me awhile to figure out that an awesome picture is worth its weight in gold in terms of marketing and publicity, as well as archiving work. I am so, so, so, so grateful for the generosity of these collaborators. I learned, from this process, that I really enjoyed designing the shots, so the shoots, were very much a collaboration with the photographer, some of who had never shot dance before, I donʻt think. I will also include some shot by us, as dancemakers, for fun. There are SO many great photos, I have to think about how to organize them, for now, on one page, scroll heaven!
